- Paneer - 200/400g, cubed
- Capsicum (bell pepper) - 1 large, chunky cubes
- Onion - 1 medium, petals separated
- Tomato - 1 medium, chunky pieces
For Gravy Base
- Onions - 2 medium, finely chopped
- Tomatoes - 2 medium, finely chopped
- Green chilies - 2-3, finely chopped
- Ginger - 1-inch piece
- Garlic cloves - 6-8
- Mint leaves - 8-10
- Fresh coriander leaves - ¼ cup, chopped
- Dried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi) - 1 tbsp
